This notice covers the source code, software architecture, and technical implementation of the Alvilda Studio website (the "Software"), which is owned by MRX Software LLC and protected under the copyright laws of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) and applicable international treaties, including the Berne Convention. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Software contains confidential and proprietary information, including trade secrets protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836) and applicable state trade secret laws. Access to the source code is limited to MRX Software LLC personnel and contractors who are bound by confidentiality obligations covering that access, and nothing in this notice — nor any disclosure or delivery of the Software to any party — grants or implies a license or other right in the Software beyond what MRX Software LLC agrees to in writing.
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the Software, in whole or in part
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it
- Publicly display, perform, sell, or sublicense it
Doing so may violate copyright, trade secret, and computer-crime laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), and applicable laws in other jurisdictions.
This notice covers the Software only. The artwork, photographs, and other creative content displayed on the site are addressed separately in the Terms of Use.
